Refund Policy

Short version: failed videos are refunded automatically in credits, and unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase.

Failed videos

If a video fails to render, the credits for it go back to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us.

Unused credit packs

You can request a full refund for a credit pack within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Email support@getairapvideo.dev with your account email and order ID.

Partially used packs

Credits that have been spent on videos are not refundable, because each video incurs generation costs. For partially used packs we may offer a partial refund for the unused credits at our discretion.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay orders are refunded by our Merchant of Record, Waffo.com Limited; PayPal orders are refunded through PayPal. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.

Quality concerns

AI results vary. If a video has an obvious technical defect (for example no audio or a frozen image), email us and we'll return the credits.
