Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GetAIRapVideo at getairapvideo.dev (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

GetAIRapVideo turns a photo you upload into a short AI-generated rap video. Videos are generated by ByteDance's Seedance 2 video models (Seedance 2 Fast for Draft and Standard quality, Seedance 2 for Best), accessed through the SeeAPI model platform. Results vary. We don't guarantee that a result will match your expectations.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy credits. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Credits and payments

  • Credits are sold in one-time packs. Prices are shown in USD before checkout.
  • Credits don't expire and have no cash value. They can't be transferred or exchanged for money, except as described in the Refund Policy.
  • Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Waffo.com Limited, which also handles taxes, order inquiries and returns for those orders. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal.
  • If a video fails to render, the credits for it are returned automatically.

4. Your content and permissions

  • You may only upload photos you own or have permission to use, of people who have agreed to it.
  • You keep any rights you have in your photos and lyrics. You give us a limited license to process them to provide the Service.
  • You may use videos generated with paid credits for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms and applicable law. Videos generated with free signup credits are for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to create or share content that:

  • impersonates a real person, including public figures, without consent, or is intended to deceive;
  • is sexual or sexually suggestive, or involves minors in any way;
  • harasses, threatens, defames or bullies anyone, or promotes hate or violence;
  • infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • is used for political deepfakes, fraud or spam.

We may remove content, refuse service, or suspend accounts that break these rules. Credits spent on removed content are not refunded.

6. Content moderation and reports

How we keep content within these rules:

  • Automated checks. Every request passes through the safety filters of the Seedance model before a video is produced. They block sexual content and photos of recognizable public figures or protected characters. Blocked requests are refunded automatically.
  • Private by default. A video is visible only to you until you choose to share it. Shared pages are not indexed by search engines.
  • Reporting. Anyone can report a video or account by emailing support@getairapvideo.dev with the subject "Content report", the video link and the reason.
  • Review. The GetAIRapVideo team reviews every report. We reply within 2 business days and aim to decide within 5 business days. Reports involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery or threats are handled first, and the shared video is disabled while we review.
  • Outcome. If content breaks these terms, we disable its share link, delete it, and may suspend the account. We tell the reporter and the account owner what we decided. The account owner can appeal once by replying to that email.
  • Legal requests. We cooperate with law enforcement when the law requires it.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available but don't promise uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features. If we shut down the Service, we will refund unused purchased credits.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
