Privacy Policy

This policy explains what GetAIRapVideo collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Account data: your name, email address and profile picture from Google sign-in.
  • Content you provide: photos, topics and lyrics you submit, and the videos generated from them.
  • Purchase data: order amounts, credit balance and payment status. We don't receive or store full card numbers; payments are handled by Waffo and PayPal.
  • Usage and marketing data: pages visited, referrer and campaign parameters (such as utm_source), device and browser information, collected with cookies and analytics tools.

How we use it

  • To generate your videos and run your account
  • To process payments, prevent fraud and provide support
  • To measure which pages and campaigns work, and improve the product
  • To enforce our Terms of Service

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service: Google (sign-in, analytics), SeeAPI, the model platform that runs ByteDance's Seedance video models (video generation), Cloudflare (storage), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), PostHog (product analytics), Resend (email), Waffo and PayPal (payments). Each processes data under its own terms and only as needed to provide its service.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in and language preference, and analytics cookies that record how you found us (first and last visit source). You can block cookies in your browser; sign-in requires essential cookies.

Retention

Uploaded photos and generated videos are kept while your account is active so you can access them. Order records are kept as required for tax and accounting. You can ask us to delete your account and content at any time.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to analytics processing, by emailing support@getairapvideo.dev. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA) you may have additional rights.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We'll post updates here and change the date above.
